2Account Registration

5Betting Rules

In Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official result is announced. In cricket, if the result is determined by the DLS method, that result is considered final. In Live Casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by RNG or a live dealer — these results cannot be challenged.

• Making deposits using another person's payment details.
• Fraudulent activity using poki's name or brand.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8Account Closure

You can voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team or close it yourself from your account settings. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account — withdrawals may become complicated after an account is closed.
